1 Are my files stored on your servers?

No. Browser-based tools process files entirely on your device — no upload ever occurs. Server-side tools (marked with a badge) do upload your file, but it is automatically deleted from our servers within 1 hour of processing.

2 What is the maximum file size?

Browser tools handle files up to your device's available memory (typically fine up to ~200 MB). Server-side tools accept files up to 100 MB. For larger files, contact us for enterprise options.

3 Which browsers are supported?

DocCraftr works best on Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari — all on their latest versions. Older browsers may not support all browser-based processing features.

4 Is DocCraftr free to use?

Yes — all core tools are free. We offer optional premium plans for high-volume usage, batch processing, and priority support.

5 My PDF tool isn't working — what should I try?
